Single Dispenser FS SD

For dispensing of printing inks, varnishes and other liquid chemical products

Configuration and Function

The single dispenser FS SD is designed for dispensing liquid raw materials and consists essentially of:

• upright standing, fully enclosed metal housing with a front and a rear ramp (folded plates)

• diaphragm pump with transport hoses and a dispensing valve

• manually adjustable platform for parking the dispensing container

• dispensing push button, a pressure controller and a pressure gauge mounted on the front side

• residual current circuit breaker and time switch mounted laterally

• changeable 200 liter barrel placed behind the single dispenser with suction and return pipe and hose couplings for the transport hoses

Standard Configurations

• ¾" or 1“ air-diaphragm pump

• Dispensing valve with 9 mm opening diameter

• 1“ or 1 ¼" suction hose

• ¾„ recirculation hose

• 1“ or 1 ¼" suction and recirculation lance

• Timed raw material circulation
